摘要:
Patients with HIV infection are prone to adverse drug effects from:antiretroviral drugs—zidovudine, zalcitabine, and didanosine (ail cause bone marrow and peripheral nerve damage;agents used to treat opportunistic infections—co-trimoxazole (bone marrow failure, rashes): pentamidine (hypoglycaemia, pancreatitis): clindamycin (pseudomembranous colitis); foscamet (nephrotoxicity); and antituberculous chemotherapy;drug interactions—especially those involving fluconazole and rifampicin;hypersensitivity reactions—especially skin reactions to co-trimoxazole.
