摘要:
The Utility Department of Margate, Florida installed blue double reflectors on streets throughout the city to mark the locations of valves in the street and in the area between sidewalks and curbs. Reflector installation is combined with valve inspection and repair, and the city's records and maps are updated and corrected at the same time.
