摘要:
This article reminds operators that pressure gauges and thermometers must be frequently inspected and maintained. A dead weight indicator can be used to check the accuracy of pressure gauges, and comparators, thermometers known to be accurate, can be used to test the accuracy of thermometers. Another method for testing thermometers is to place the thermometer in slightly melted crushed ice. The thermometer should read 32 F if it is accurate.
