摘要:
Anaerobic groundwaters may be divided into two subclasses, depending on sulfide, iron, and manganese content. Groundwater characteristics, problems caused by mixing of aerobic and anaerobic waters, use of hypochlorite solutions in water treatment, aeration in wells, chlorination, and benefits of iron bacteria are covered.
