摘要:
Nioxime sensitizes the differential pulse polarographic determination of B1(III) in alkaline medium and in the presence of tart rate and citrate; detection limits of 8 and 12 ppb are obtained. Characterization of the electroactive process included an examination of the degree of reversibility and the effect on the peak current of pH, buffer composition, nioxime and bismuth concentrations and the presence of other metal ions.

摘要:
A derivative spectrophotometric method has been developed for quantitative determination of p-coumaric and ferulic acid6 in mixtures. A detailed study of experimental variables and instrumental parameters was carried out. This paper reports the testing of a graphical model to measure derivative amplitudes which is based on the interference-free character of the isodifferential points in the derivative calibration graphs. Detection limits of 20 and 50 ng/ml and r.s.d.'s of 0, 63 % and 1, 73 % were found for p-coumaric and ferulic acids, respectively.

摘要:
The dissociation constants of some 2- and 6-mercaptopyrimidine derivatives with amino or hydroxy substituents are reported. The constants have been determined at 25° C in 0.1 M KCl aqueous solution. The multiwavelength spectrophotometric data obtained have been 3mlyzed by means of the SQUAD program (Stability Quotients from Absorbance Data).

摘要:
The flow injection technique is shown to provide fast, reliable, and sensitive determination of cyanide. Spectrophotometric detection in the ultraviolet region at 267 nm was used for measuring the absorbance of tetracyanonickelate (II) complex ion. The nickel carrier stream and the sample solutions were buffered at pH 10 (ammoniacal buffer). The method has a detection limit of 0.2 ppm cyanide. At a sampling rate of 90 samples per hour, with 60 μl sample injections, high reproducibility of measurements was achieved, with about 1% relative standard deviation. The effects of sample volume, flow rate, coil length, and anions interference on the FIA-spectrophotometeric signals are reported.

摘要:
A flourometric procedure for the analysis of free cyanide is described. The method is based on the dissociation of a ternary complex of silver-1, 10-phenanthroline-tetrabromofluorescein by cyanide to produce a fluorescent product. The fluorescence intensity is found to be directly proportional to the cyanide concentration. The method can reliably detect 0.02 μg/mL cyanide.
