摘要:
An oscillopolarographic titration method for the determination of norfloxacin in materials and capsules is described in this paper. The norfloxacin is precipitated as NOR-TPB. Filtrates were titrated with thallous sulfate in an alkaline solution. The recoveries ranged from 99.10% to 100.53% by the use of a standard addition. Experiments showed that the proposed method gave the same results as the approach using nonaqueous titration as USP and CSP.

摘要:
A method is developed for the extraction of manganese(II) from salicylate solution with Tris(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate as extractant. Manganese is extracted quantitatively from 7×10−1mol/l salicylate solution at a pH 5.2–5.6 with 1.28mol/l Tris(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate (dissolved in toluene). The probable extracted species as ascertained by logD-logC plots is Mn(HSal)22T2EHP. The method permits separation of manganese(II) from commonly associated elements and has been extended for the separation and determination of manganese in alloys, pharmaceuticals and environmental samples.
