摘要:
The NADPH oxidizing activity of rat liver microsomes was investigated and found to be mainly due to the cytochrome P-450 system. The XADPH oxidase was utilized for the development of several organelle electrodes. Gelatin membrane immobilized microsomes were combined with an O2membrane sensor for bioelectrochemical measurement of NADPH. The dependence of the current on substrate concentration was linear up to 1 mmol·1−1To assemble hybrid electrodes for determination of glucose-6-phoaphate, ATP and isocitrate pure enzymes were coimmobilized with the microsomal fraction.

摘要:
A rapid determination of Ammonia in urine has been achieved. Gaseous ammonia is evolved by alkylifying urine with a saturated solution of K2CO3at 80°C followed by separation of the gas phase and measurement of characteristic absorption at 197.2 nm. The linear range of the method is between 0 and 200 μg NH3/ml. The recovery of ammonia from spiked urine samples is 106.5%. Typical results obtained on five samples from healthy subjects are presented and good agreement with a reference method is shown. Automation has been achieved by the use of a mechanical sampler, a heating bath and a peristaltic pump.

摘要:
Trypsin activity is monitored in a simple kinetic method with an ammonia gas sensor. The method is based upon the hydrolysis of α-benzoyl-arginine amide resulting in the production of ammonia. Day-to-day precision range of ±1.9% to 4.4% and a within-run precision range of ± 1.8% to 4.2% were measured for the working range of 0.5 to 20 μg mL−1trypsin. An average of 97 ± 3.4% added trypsin was recovered from rat pancreatic juice in recovery experiments.

摘要:
The condition of a direct method for determining ultra trace amount of manganese in serum by controlled-temperature graphite furnace of AA are examined & good results are obtained, i.e. the range of normal serum Nn is between 4.00 to 19.3 ppb, mean value 8.87 Qpb, from 27 adults of good health in Hefei district of China.

摘要:
A method for the determination of metronidazole in pharmaceutical tablets is presented. Differential pulse polarography at a static mercury drop electrode is used to observe the reduction of the imidazole. The method is demonstrated to be simple, rapid, linear, reproducible and accurate.
