AbstractFolgende Verbindungen wurden auf ihre Fähigkeit zur Inhibierung der Korrosion von Kupferproben unter Standardbedingungen überprüft:Benzotriazol (BTA), 5‐Aminotetrazol‐monohydrat (5‐AT), 2,5‐Diphenyl‐3‐(m‐chlorphenyl)‐tetrazolium‐nitrat (Tetrazin‐B), α‐ und β‐Naphthylamin, Phenylthioharnstoff, Xanthanwasserstoff, 2‐Mercaptothiazolin (2‐MT) und Kupferron.Folgende Messungen wurden durchgeführt:Bestimmung der Geschwindigkeit der Sauerstoffaufnahme im Schüttelversuch und pH‐statische Verfolgung des Korrosionsverlaufs in Abhängigkeit (a) von der Konzentration des Inhibitors, (b) dem Verteilungszustand der Kupferprobe (Korn, Staub, Blech), (c) der Anwesenheit von Cu2+‐Ionen und (d) dem pH‐Wert.Durch Aufnahme von Ruhepotential‐Zeit‐Kurven, Strom‐Spannungskurven, Messung des Polarisationswiderstandes und Massenspektren konnten weitere Informationen über Aufbau und

摘要:
AbstractCorrosion of pasted and unpasted grids and of different lead alloys has been investigated by means of weight loss measurements and electrochemical tests. Pasted grids were analysed after several days immersion in sulphuric acid of different densities in the range 1.10‐1.32 g cm−3. Some grids withdrawn from plates at various stages of manufacturing and from batteries stored for different times were also examined.Corrosion testing on lead‐alloys sheet samples included cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry, potentiostatic tests and photo‐current measurements. The results evidenced the importance of the plates conversion process on subsequent corrosion of the grids. Antimonial grids appear to be more corrodible than lead‐tin‐calcium grids. Mechanical working greatly affects localized corrosion in the case of expanded grids. Corrodibility largely increases by decreasing the sulphuric acid density. 摘要:
AbstractPossible alternative fuels such as ethanol and methanol can cause corrosion in mixture preparation systems, in contrast to the conventional petrol and diesel fuels. This phenomenon is due less to the pure alcohols than to the pollutions and additives. Electrochemical corrosion measurements were carried out on four selected steels, the influence of each constituent being investigated. The results of these measurements are given and it is shown that the corrosion problems can in most cases be controlled by means of the inhibitors morpholine, piperazine and hexamethylenediamine.
