The longer man lives, the more apt he is to suffer cancer. The incidence of cancer is ever on the increase. It is rising precipitously in every country where life is being prolonged through the control of infectious disease. The trend gives rise to some interesting conjectures.

Hunger should be the concern of governments. Malnutrition is primarily a medical problem.
