摘要:
(2Z)-4-Hydroxy-2-methyl-2-buten-1-yl-ß-D-glucopyranoside1aand (2Z)-1-Hydroxy-2-methyl-2-buten-4-yl-ß-D-glucopyranoside2awere identified in a glycosidic extract obtained from Riesling grapevine leaves by XAD-2 adsorption and MeOH elution. After prefractionation of the crude glycosidic mixture with multi-layer coil countercurrent chromatography (MLCCC) the new hemiterpene glucosides were purified by HPLC and characterized as pentaacetates1band2b.

摘要:
A novel alkaloid “saifine” having an aspidosperma- type skeleton has been isolated from the roots of Rhazya stricta, along with N-methylleuconolam, a new rhazinilam type indole alkaloid. The structures of the alkaloids were established on the basis of spectroscopic studies.

A new styrylpyrone derivative (+)-5β-hydroxygoniothalamin (1) was isolated from the stem bark ofGoniothalamus dolichocarpus. The structure and stereochemistry of (1) and its diastereoisomer (+)-5α-hydroxygoniothalamin (2) were established by NMR spectra, X-ray crystallography and partial synthesis.

摘要:
Three xanthones and their glycosides have been isolated from Halenia corniculata. They were identified as 1-hydroxy-2, 3,5,7-tetramethoxyxanthone (1), 1-hydroxy-2,3,4,5-tetramethoxyxanthone (2), 1-hydroxy-2,3,5-trimethoxyxanthone (3), 2,3,5,7-tetramethoxy-1-0-primeverosyloxyxanthone (4), 2,3,4,5-tetramethoxy-1-0-primeverosyloxyxanthone (5) and 2,3,5-trimethoxy-1-0-primeverosyloxyxanthone (6). Of these, (1) and (4) are new xanthone and xanthone glycoside, while (2), (3), (5) and (6) were isolated for the first time.

摘要:
From a chloroform extract of the aerial parts ofHalenica corniculata, three xanthones have been isolated. They were identified as 1,6-dihydroxy-2,3,4–8-tetramethoxyxanthone (1), 1,7-dihydroxy-2,3-dimethoxyxanthone (2) and 1,7-dihydroxy-2,3,4,5 tetsramethoxyxanthone (3). Of these (1) is a new xanthone. The others, (2) and (3), were isolated for the first time from this species.

A new acetogenin belonging to the rare C35-type bis-tetrahydrofuran acetogenins, atemoyin (1) was isolated from the MeOH extract ofAnnona atemoyaseeds, in addition to the known compounds, neoannonin (2), desacetyluvaricin (3), isodesacetyluvaricin (4), squamocin (5) and rolliniastatin-2 (6). 摘要:
The phytochemical analyses of a somatic hybrid cell suspension culture of the genus and species combinationRauwolfia serpentina x Rhazya strictarevealed a number of monoterpenoid indole alkaloids. The alkaloids were identified as tubotaiwine, an isomeric mixture of vallesiachotamine, stemmadenine and vomilenine and were all produced in small amounts < 2mg/litre cell suspension. The hybrid cells showed a greater diversity of alkaloid biosynthesis when compared with the parental cultures.
