摘要:
Three novel eugenol disaccharides have been isolated from a methanolic extract of rose flowers using multilayer coil countercurrent chromatography. Their structures were unambiguously determined by two-dimensional NMR techniques (HSQC, HMBC, H-H-COSY, TOCSY, NOESY) as eugenyl-β-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-glucopyranoside1, eugenyl-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside2and eugenyl-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside aroma precursors, flowers,Rosa damascenaMill.

A new 9,11-secosterol, glaciasterol B 3-monoacetate (1a) has been isolated from the Tyrrhenian spongeFasciospongia cavernosa.the structure of these new compound was solved by analysis of spectroscopic data. Glaciasterol B 3-monoacetate showed potent activity (LC50= 0.54 μg/ml) in theArtemia salinabioassay.

A new monotetrahydrofuran acetogenin, araticin (1), was isolated from the MeOH extract ofAnnona spinescens, in addition to the known compound almunequin (2). the structure of1was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including LSI-MS/MS technique, and confirmed by a chemical transformation. the cytotoxic activity of the new compound1is reported and discussed.

Extracts of the basidiomyceteLycoperdon pyriformeyielded 4-methoxy-benzene-1-azoformamide (1) and 4-methoxybenzene-1-ONN-azoxyformamide (2), which posses namaticidal activity against the parasitic nematodeMeloidogyne incognitabut not against the saprophytic nematodeCaenorhabditis elegans, and the chlorinated derivative 3,5-dichloro-4-methoxybenzene-1-ONN-azoxyformide (3). Compound 3, which is less active towards nematodes but more cytotoxic compared to 1 and 2, is new and its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic techniques.

摘要:
The headspace of flowers ofNeofinetia falcatawas analyzed by means of GC and GC-MS and found to contain 24 volatile components. the main constituents were linalool (40.5 %), methyl benzoate (13.4 %),cis-3-hexenyl tiglate (12.5 %), α-farnessene (9.0 %), methyl-2-pentanoate (7.7 %) andcis-3-hexen-1-ol (4.2 %), of whichcis-3-hexenyl tiglate was found as one of the main component for the characteristic fragrance.
