The classical Rudin-Carleson theorem has been generlized in several ways in the Literature. In this paper we would like to extend this theorem to Frechet space valued functions More precisely, we answer affirmatively the following question. Given a Frechet spaceXL:, and a continuous function off: F, XwhereFis a closed subset of Lebesgue measure zero on the unit circle in the finite complex plane, does there exist a continuous fuction g from the closed unit disc intoXwhich is also holomorphic in the open unit disc suchg|F = f?For the proof, we use an extended version of Mergeleyan's theorem for functions with values in a locally convex topological vector space.

The spherical decomposition of harmonic polynomials into solutions of Dirac's equation inRnis used to examine solutions to differential equations defined over axially symmetric domains inRn+1.To some of these cquations we arc ahle to associate systems of Hermite polynomials. We are also ahle to apply analytic continuation techniques to describe certain potentials associated to higher order Dirac operators.

Sincc 1982, a considerable number of results have been proved concerning the frequency of zeros of solutions of second-order equations having entire coefficients. The proofs of these results were peculiar to second-order equations since they used techniques which hold only for second -order equations(e.g. the differential equalion for the product of two solutions). Surprisingly, we show in the present paper that these results also hold for higher-urder equations. The prook are far different than in the second-order case being asymptotic in nature.
