摘要:
Sebaceoma is a new term proposed to designate a distinctive benign neoplasm of adnexal epithelium with differentiation toward sebaceous cells. Clinico-pathologic correlation of the condition is presented in a study of 14 cases. This neoplasm has many histologic features in common with trichocpithclioma and cylin-droma, both of which are benign neoplasms of adnexal epithelium, one with follicle-like and the other with eccrine-like differentiation. Sebaceoma is a recently recognized entity, and the term is recommended to supersede, not merely to redefine, what has been previously called sebaceous epithelioma.

摘要:
A case of localized lymphoplasmacytoid lymphoma of the skin was studied by light and electron microscopy, by immunological methods, and by enzyme cytochemistry. It illustrated usual and unusual features of a type of B-cell lymphoma in the skin and presented problems in differential diagnosis. Histologically, its cellularity varied from a monomorphous to a pleomorphic pattern that was highly suggestive of a nonspecific inflammatory reaction or a pscudolymphoma, but from the presence of a clone of IgG (lambda)-producing plasma-cytoid cells, it was established that it consisted in fact of lymphoplasmacytoid and polymorphic subtypes of an immunocytomatous lymphoma.

A 16-year-old girl with congenital unilateral punctate porokeratosis is described. The clinical and histopathologic findings are presented: The various clinical forms of porokeratosis and the differential diagnosis of this type of lesion are discussed. To our knowledge, this is the first case of congenital unilateral punctate porokeratosis to be reported.
