Basing on a suitable geometric interpretation for a pair of dual problems the author performs a proof the duality- theoreirl in :ingar programming.Besides of simple notions and auxiliary means being necessary for the proof the separation theorem for convex sets is the only profounded result used in demonstrating the main theorem.

The paper represents an immediate continuation of part I [1], where the independent twofold one parametric linear programming problem was treated. The author deals with a linear programming problem with as objective function as capacity rector depending each on one parameter. Both parameters may depend too in a fixed manner. This depe~ldenoe can be considered as tt curve being contained in parameter space. One resolves the problem using t'he corresponding independent problem in forming the intersections of the curve with t,he rectangles resulting as solution of the independent problem. There are obtained again maximal regions for respectively one system of basic variables, yielding the corresponding solution of such a region. The author gives two procedures for solving the problem and three examples illustrating various cases of dependence.

Bounds of the mean queue-length and the mean content are derived for queue and dam models, if only the following data are available: distribution of number of service processes and number of customer-arrivals or of input and output in time-intervals of fixed length. For ROGOZI's theorem on the optimality of the regular input constant service-times in the model GI/G/I a simple proof is given.

In the theory of games several optimality principles are used. In the present paper the author gives the definition of SHAPLEY'S value vector performing an optimality principle for the class of cooperative games and interpretes this definition. SHAPLEY'S value vector is calculated for two market and the results are analysed.
