摘要:
AbstractMicrofluidic chip offers a promising platform for chemical or biological analysis on the basis of flexible integration of various functional operation units. This article provides an overview of the recent achievements of microfluidic chip and its applications based on the works mainly carried out in the authors' lab, especially for the purpose of constructing analytical laboratory on a microfluidic chip. Different operation units and some representative applications in molecules, cell and organism analysis are described.

摘要:
AbstractThe single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal (SCSC)EŕZphotoisomerization of TA in the supramolecular solid CECR‐[Zn(TA)2(bpy)]·H2O (CECR =C‐ethylcalixresorcinarene, HTA = tiglic acid, and bpy = 2,2′‐bipyridine, is induced by 458 nm light, indicating a red‐shift of the photo‐active wavelength on introduction of the aromatic bpy ligand compared with the previously studied reaction of CECR‐[Zn(TA)2(H2O)2] 4H2O. Theoretical calculations show that the initial excitation involves the bipyridyl ligand, which acts as an intramolecular photosensitizer for the isomerization process. AbstractTreatment of (NH4)[Au(D‐Hpen‐S)2](D‐H2pen = D‐penicillamine) with CoCl2·6H2O in an acetate buffer solution, followed by air oxidation, gave neutral AuICoIIIand anionic AuI3CoIII2polynuclear complexes, [Au3Co3(D‐pen‐N,O,S)6]([1]) and [Au3Co2(D‐pen‐N,S)6]3−([2]3−), which were separated by anion‐exchange column chromatography. Complexes [1] and [2]3−each formed a single isomer, and their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. In [1], each of three [Au(D‐pen‐S)2]3−metalloligands coordinates to two CoIIIions in a bis‐tridentate‐N,O,Smode to form a cyclic AuI3CoIII3hexanuclear structure, in which three [Co(D‐pen‐N,O,S)2]−octahedral units and six bridging S atoms adopttrans(O) geometrical andRchiral configurations, respectively. 摘要:
AbstractA 3D‐QSAR study of celebrex‐based compounds of PDK1 inhibitors using comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) was carried out. The structures of the compounds were obtained using quantum chemistry calculation. CoMFA calculations for a number of grouped subsets of compounds gave q2values of correlation in the range from 0 to 0.8. The low q2values should be mainly due to the narrow span of biological activity. Calculations for several subsets of 11–13 compounds gave high q2values, with 0.5–0.8. Factors affecting the results of the calculations are discussed. Calculated results with high q2values suggest that further chemical modifications of the compounds could lead to enhanced activity and could be an aid in the design of celebrex‐based can
