摘要:
A new method, involving the application of PMR spectroscopy for the analysis of diloxanide furoate in authentic powder and in tablets form is proposed. The PMR spectrum of diloxanide shows singler peak at δ = 3.23 due to N-CH3protons which is chosen for quantitative measurement. Tetramethylsilane (TMS) was used as internal standard. Comparing of the integral of N-CH3singlet signal to that of the sharp singlet of TMS positioned at δ = 0.00 was adopted as the principal of the method.

摘要:
The analysis of biological samples such as perspiration and urine is made difficuly by the high solids content, and variable organic content of these samples. Sample pretreatment can result in sample loss and/or sample contamination. Graphite furnace atomic absorption provided a rapid and accurate means of analysis of complex biological samples sufficiently sensitive for the direct determination of manganese, without the errors involved in preconcentation and pretreatment of samples required with less sensitive methods.

摘要:
Attempts are made to detect the weakly absorbing1Lbbands in anthracene 1,5- and 1,8-disulphonates in glycerol glass by the method of photoselection. The fluorescence and absorption (excitation) spectra are separated into two component spectra based on short and long axis polarized transition dipoles and their vibrational analysis are made. The vibrational bands around 29762 cm−1in 1,5-AS and 30303 cm−1in 1,8-AS in absorption spectra are mainly due to1Lbband.

摘要:
The broadening of transitions in the spectra of organic molecules in the liquid phase, under perturbations whose type may be the solvation effects, causes changes of the molar extinction coefficients ε. The problem has been known for a longtime and several attempts have been made to produce a measure of the width of complex absorption spectra and of their fine structure(1–4).Nevertheless, nobody has produced a quantitative study of the influence of a given broadening perturbation on the relative values of the ε of the various parts of a spectrum. The integrated intensity, because it is a measure of the whole intensity of a transition, cannot give informations about a possible change of intensities inside the vibrational structure of that transition.

摘要:
The UV absorption and fluorescence spectral bands of 2-benzoxazolinone and 6-methoxy-2-benzoxazolinone have been recorded in solution at room temperature. The phosphorescence spectral bands, their Quantum yields and mean life times, have been measured in solution of ethanol at 77 K. Whilst internal conversion does not compete with fluorescence in these compounds, an efficient intersystem crossing in the triplet state occurs in a nonradiative pathway to ground state with a low phosphorescence quantum yield.

摘要:
Flash-photolysis experiments carried out with deuterated thiazole and oxazole confirmed that the carrier responsible for the bands in the region 2500 − 3050 Â, reported earlier by us in the flash-photolysis of isoxazole, oxazole and thiazole, contains only one hydrogen atom. It is also found that the progression-forming frequency of 1005 cm−1does not involve the motion of the hydrogen atom. The assignment of the carrier to HNC has been considered in the light of the recent theoretical work on this molecule.

摘要:
A full normal coordinate analysis for the Cr(CN)3-6ion, in octahedral symmetry, has been carried out on the basis of new experimental data, using three different force fields. Consistent sets of force constants have been obtained and utilized to evaluate mean amplitudes of vibration (l), perpendicular amplitude correction coefficients (K) and Shrinkage effects (δ). The capability of the force fields to reproduce the observed vibrational frequencies is discussed in detail.
