摘要:

Dialkylammonium nitrite salts are used to inhibit corrosion of ferrous metals in various types of packaging. We have shown that these nitrite salts, solutions used in their preparation, and material in which they are packaged may be contaminated with the corresponding nitrosamines. This nitrosamine formation may represent a hazard for people involved in the preparation or use of dialkylammonium salts.
