Seven New Species of Tupiperla (Plecoptera: Gripopterygidae) from Brazil, With a Revision of the Genus

摘要:

Tupiperla generic characters are discussed and the Brazilian species are revised. Tupiperla gracilis and T. tesselata are redescribed. Paragripopteryx eleonorae is transferred to Tupiperla. Seven new species, T. illiesi, T. modesta, T. oliveirai, T. reichardti, T. robusta, T. sulina and T. umbya, are described. A key to the known species is offered.
