摘要:
Preliminary dose‐response relationships were established byin vitroincubation of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and epiandrosterone (EPI) with human blood. DHEA in increasing concentration resulted in 61% to 76% inhibition of erythrocyte G‐6‐PD activity, while EPI in increasing concentration resulted in 69 to 85% inhibition (p = .001).
