摘要:
This article describes factors that contribute to the effectiveness of computer-assisted instruction as a teaching strategy. According to the literature reviewed, three major variables that can influence computer-assisted instruction are the quality of the software programs, the environment of use of the computer; and the characteristics of the learner. The nurse educator should be aware of the significance of each variable to provide an optimal learning experience for the students.
