摘要:

The bench scale experiment consisted of a series of plexiglass ducts into which a mixture of air and water was introduced through an atomizing nozzle. Several adiabatic air‐water runs were performed with instrumentation to measure dry air velocity, local two phase wall static pressure, mass velocity and mass transfer coefficient of. entrainment and deposition. The spectrum of air‐water test variables includes a range of fluid velocities, mixture qualities and test section length. The results may provide further insight for characterization of the air‐water flow field in the duct under transient conditions.
