摘要:

All three species of Trichostrongylus (T. colubrlformis,T. retortaeformisandT. vitrinus) have been recorded in the small intestine of Australian possums (Trichosurus vulpecula)((1)). In New Zealand, however, onlyT. colubriformishas been recorded(2). The information thatT. retortaeformisoccurs in New Zealand possums has not been formally published and is only available as a manuscript at Victoria University(3).
