摘要:
An atomic absorption spectroscopic (A.A.S.) method for microdetermination of sulfathiazole, sulfadiazine and sulfamerazine has been developed. The procedure is based upon the measurement of the metal content of the sulfur metal chelate. The experimental conditions as well as the molar ratios are thoroughly studied. The percentage recoveries for the 3 compounds tested were found to be 99.5 ± 1.30, 99.7 ± 0.80 and 100.6 ± 0.78, respectively.
