The first case of multiple intrapulmonary artery aneurysms with systemic thrombophlebitis in Japan was reported.This case belongs to the category of the “Hughes‐Stovin syndrome” proposed by Kopp and Green. The clinical and pathological findings of this syndrome was briefly summarized.
