摘要:

Mitotic figures closely clustered in groups or nests were observed in tissues which grew out from explants of frog lung and salamander liver. Similar nests of mitotic figures were observed in human vaginal smears. In the amphibian tissue cultures nests of cells labeled with tritiated thymidine (3H-TdR) were found which were similar to the mitotic nests. The nest forming phenomenon and the synchrony of the cell cyclein adjacent cells are discussed.
