摘要:

If a portwine stain (capillary hemangioma) or a cavernous hemangioma of the facial skin is not camouflaged by cosmetics, surgical excision and full-thickness skin grafting appears to be the method of choice. Exact planning (donor areas) and perfected technique are prerequisites for results in which the grafted skin matches in color, texture, contour and thickness the unaffected facial side.
