摘要:

Abstract:Florisil has been utilized to separate protein‐bound and unbound tracer testosterone‐1,2‐3H in dilute serum. Testosterone binding affinity (TBA) has the following order; pregnant females and estrogen treated females> menstruating females> post‐menopausal females; hyperthyroid patients> menstruating females> adult males; pre‐pubertal males> adult males.
