AbstractEleven cases of granular cell myoblastoma are reported. Eight cases were symptomatic and consist of clinical material. None of these were diagnosed preoperatively. The other three cases are incidental findings from routine autopsies. All tumors are benign clinically and histologically. The treatment of choice is local wide excision. It is worthwhile to indicate that this tumor can occur in combination with other malignant tumors (Table II), but we do not believe that there is any correlation.
