摘要:

ABSTRACTSince the activation and condensation of tyrosinase has been found to be carried out in the anastomosing, cysternal and tubular portion of GERL (4–6) rather than the Golgi apparatus, the tyrosinase transfer system from GERL to premelanosomes remains now to be elucidated in initial melanogenesis. Tyrosinase‐rich coated vesicles of Greene's malignant melanoma are isolated by differential ultracentrifugation and DEAE‐sephadex coloumn chromatography. Multiple forms of tyrosinase present in the isolated coated vesicles has been studied in comparison to those present in the soluble fraction. The soluble fraction contains two soluble forms in addition to the membrane bound form of tyrosinase. On ther hand, one soluble form and the membrane bound form of tyrosinase separated from the coated vesicle fraction.
