Modifications have been made to the Oxford Precision Sprayer to facilitate variation of the swath width and spacing of the nozzles, to obtain more even distribution, and to reduce the pressure loss. These modifications increased the boom weight so that counterbalancing was required to alleviate operator fatigue. An appendix lists the suppliers of parts used.
