AbstractThe clinical case presented gives insight into the dynamics of a professional pornographer, unconscious guilt feelings and the anticipation of psychic disaster as the defense against such guilt, expressed in the man's work. While no generalisation is intended, this case reflects unconscious motivations and unresolved conflicts that may have parallels in the make‐up of other producers of pornography.
