摘要:
Trade union education is assisted by public funds in most industrialised nations. A seemingly unique statutory training body (TUTA) has been recently established in Australia. Les Cupper gives a detailed account of TUTA's origins and history and focuses on the danger of organised labour relying upon nonunion funds to finance its training activity.
