摘要:

The influence of beta backscattering on optical density in autoradiograms was determined. Three different geometric models of practical exposition arrangements were tested and their significance for the quantitative evaluation of auto-radiograms was determined. The dependence of the backscattering effect on the beta particle energy was estimated using the radionuclides99Tc,201Tl and90Sr/90Y in the form of an autoradiography beta calibration set and in the form of radioactive labelled foils. Different materials were used as backscattering objects. The quantitative results of this investigation are discussed from the aspect of standardization of quantitative autoradiographic methods.
