In a joint study 109 unrelated HLA‐B14 positive individuals were subtyped for the provisional splits 14.1 and 14.2 respectively, based on sera of the 7th and 8th Histocompatibility Workshops. Sixty‐eight of these donors as well as 23 families were also typed for DR antigens. Earlier findings concerning a linkage disequilibrium B14.1/Aw32 and B14.2/Aw33 were confirmed.
