摘要:
The essential oil ofUvaria narumWall. (Annonaceae) leaves was analyzed by GC, GC/MS, GC/FTIR and GC-sniffing techniques. The sample was found to be rich in β-caryophyllene (9.99%), benzoic acid (9.75%), benzyl benzoate (6.23%), α-bulnesene (5.74%), β-elemene (5.6l%), α-copaene (5.39%), 3-hexenoic acid (4.46%) and germacrene-D (4.26%). In addition, further more sixty compounds, mainly sesquiterpenes (ca. 60% incl. main compounds), aromatic components (ca. 20% incl. main compounds), hexane derivatives (ca. 10% incl. main compounds) and monoterpenes (ca. 8% incl. main compounds), were also identified to be of olfactoric importance for the characteristic dry-fruity, damascone-like and osmanthus-like odor of this natural product.
