摘要:

A patient associated with generalized gastrointestinal polyposis, pigmentation of the skin, alopecia, loss or atrophy of finger- and toenails, cataract and hypoproteinemia is reported. This case appears to be the same as the Cronkhite-Canada syndrome, derived from the names of those who first described it.
