摘要:

Volatile concentrates were prepared concurrently from Rabbiteye blueberry, cv. Tifblue, and deerberry at three stages of maturity by continuous vacuum steam distillation-hexane extraction, and were analyzed by capillary GC and GC/MS. Six major components were identified in blueberries and ten compounds in the deerberry extract. Linalool levels increased, whereas α-terpineol and β-caryophyllene decreased during blueberry maturation. In contrast, levels of most deerberry volatile compounds decreased, except for three esters which increased during maturation.
