摘要:

Recently, we investigated the power spectrum of the energy fluctuation of the hydrogen bond (HB) network and found that liquid water exhibits 1/f(f=&ohgr;/2&pgr;) type fluctuation forf≊1−1000 cm−1. We here discuss a simple cellular dynamics (CD) model to explain this long time fluctuation in liquid water.
