4 cases of acroangiodermatitis developing on paralytic feet are reported. Acroangiodermatitis might be an entity different from Mali’s syndrome and Stewart-Bluefarb’s syndrome. Paralysis could generate the dermatologic lesions by increasing venous stasis and enhancing arteriovenous chann
