摘要:

&NA;A case of gonadal dysgenesis in a phenotypic female with XY genotype associated with ovarian gonadoblastoma is reported. Endocrinologic studies suggest that the normal female secondary sex characteristics could be due to estrogen production from luteal interstitial cells.
