摘要: SummaryPretreatment of HEp2 cells with DEAE‐Dextran increased significantly the number of inclusions formed following inoculation with an ovine agent of theChlamydiagroup of micro‐organisms. A fivefold increase occurred when the DEAE‐Dextran was washed off before inoculation with the agent and if the DEAE‐Dextran was poured off without washing a twentyfold increase was obtained.
