Summary.If atropine sulphate, in doses of 0.2 g/kg, is given subcutaneously to mice, previously treated with iminodipropionitrile and showing “waltzing syndrome” with pronounced hyperactivity and compulsive, circling movements, these symptoms are greatly reduced.
