AbstractOphryotrocha longidentatasp.n. is described from the Skagerak, West Coast of Sweden. The species lives on muddy bottoms at a depth of about 100 m. It is distinguished by having biarticulated palps and by the structure of the jaw apparatus.Dorvillea erucaeformis(Malmgren) from the West Coast of Norway is redescribed and re‐established.
