摘要:

The binding of vitamin B12(as cyanocobalamin) added to human serumin vitroandin vivowas studied in three normal subjects. Chromatographic separation on DEAE cellulose demonstrated that added vitamin B12was bound to a limited degree chiefly to a protein distinct from that to which native vitamin B12is complexed
