AbstractPossibilities of polymer‐analogous labeling of soluble polymers with covalently bound fluorochrome in the side chain were investigated, usingN(2‐aminoethylcarbonyl)‐5(6)‐aminofluorescein (I), 4‐aminomethyl‐7‐hydroxycoumarine (II), and fluoresceinisothiocyanate (FITC) as labels.
