AbstractJudicial codes are often conceived and administered as if a single, common set of values and norms govern students' values and behaviors. This chapter discusses how specific student groups can find themselves at odds with assumptions underlying judicial codes and provides some direction for the administration of judicial codes for judicial affairs officers.
