摘要:

The association of discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) and solar keratosis, squamous cell carcinoma, and keratoacanthoma in three different subjects prompted the study of the histologic changes in DLE. Seventy-one biopsies were examined and downward proliferation, dyskeratosis, disorganization, were found in various degrees as well as abnormal cells with prominent mitoses.
