摘要:

The Broviac catheter is being used to provide long-term venous access in patients requiring chemotherapy, total parenteral nutrition, and blood components. Specially modified procedures for irrigation of the catheter and dressing changes have been developed to facilitate staff education as well as patient and family teaching.
