AbstractIn this paper , we show how non linear two point boundary value techniques are used In economics to model the Impact of future expected events on current vari ables. For this, we present a model of a small open economy that combines four major developments of recent macroeconomic research. The Implications for policy evaluations are Illustrated by means of numerical slmulations.
