ZusammenfassungEs wird über ein neues, mit einer hämorrhagischen Diathese einhergehendes Syndrom bei Junghennen im Alter von zwei bis zwölf Wochen berichtet. Bei der Sektion fallen neben den Blutungen eine hochgradige Anämie, ein blasses Knochenmark sowie eine Atrophie von Bursa Fabricii, Thymus und Milz auf. Histologisch findet man eine Panmyelopathie, Lebernekrosen, teilweise intranukleäre Leberzellkerneinschlüsse (Typ Cowdry A), nichteitrige Myokarditiden und degenerative Prozesse in den lymphatischen Organen.
